Companies and organizations will have the opportunity to share their products and materials with approximately 200 participants at the WV Physical Activity Symposium, June 17-18, 2010. On Thursday evening, June 17, a social hour will provide participants a chance to visit exhibitors’ booths, and view a research and program poster session. Exhibits will be open all day on Friday, June 18, with a continental breakfast served in the area, as well as an afternoon break. (times are indicated below)
Each exhibitor is entitled to a 5’ table and two chairs. If the exhibitor has a pop-up or large floor display, please notify the Exhibitors Coordinator and a table will not be provided. There may not be power outlets available at all tables, so please indicate if power is needed.
Assignment of Space and Payment
Exhibit space will be assigned upon receipt of signed Conference Exhibitor Contract and payment, and will be based on date of receipt and level of sponsorship.
One conference registration is included with the exhibitor fee. Exhibitors must be registered for the Symposium in order to attend sessions, attend meal functions, and /or to receive Continuing Education Credit (CEU) associated with the conference. If more than one registration is desired, please register as a conference participant.

Cancellation In order to receive a refund, cancellations should be received in writing on corporate letterhead by May 1, 2010.
